Aman Rosa Alpina stands in the village of San Cassiano, in the Dolomites, at 1,537 metres. It is the former Rosa Alpina, a family hotel with a serious kitchen, reopened under the Aman name after a long renovation. Fifty-one rooms and suites, interiors by Jean-Michel Gathy.
None of the eight offers below is a discount in the ordinary sense. Each attaches something specific to a minimum stay: a guide, a table, a treatment, a lift pass, a boat across Venice.

Early December is a wager on snow and a certainty about everything else: nobody in front of you at the lift, a table wherever you want one, and the pass already accounted for.
What Every Stay Already Carries

The house holds 51 rooms and suites, and that number explains the rest of it. The spa, the three restaurants and the cinemas are scaled for a building of that size rather than for a resort, which is why a guided day and a treatment afterwards fit inside a three-night stay at all. The small print, in one place
All eight are for new bookings only, subject to availability, and not combinable with one another unless stated. Guarantee and cancellation follow the hotel’s standard terms.
Ultimate Discovery and Advance Reservation carry closed dates. Advance Reservation is paid in full at booking and is non-refundable. Journey Across Italy takes a 50 % deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival, and covers two rooms at most.
Dates and inclusions were taken from the hotel’s own listings on 26 August 2026. Availability moves week to week, and we confirm both before anything is booked.
