Hotel de La Loze in Courchevel 1850 Opens Early Booking for the 2026/2027 Seasons
For those who prefer to plan their winter holidays in advance to secure the best rooms and dates, we have excellent news. The boutique Hôtel de La Loze, located in the very heart of Courchevel 1850, has officially opened bookings and released rates for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
In the upcoming season, the hotel will welcome guests from December 5, 2026, to April 11, 2027. These dates perfectly cover not only the peak winter holidays but also spring skiing, including the Easter break (Catholic Easter falls on March 29 in 2027).
Hôtel de La Loze is an intimate boutique hotel with 27 rooms and two private apartments, offering a true ski-in/ski-out experience. It sits right opposite the Croisette, just 50 meters from the start of the main 3 Vallées ski routes. Its core value is the atmosphere of a cozy Alpine home, carefully crafted by the Fenestraz family.

The Fenestraz Family and the Creation of Modern Courchevel
The history of Hôtel de La Loze is closely tied to the Fenestraz family, who largely defined the resort’s modern look. It all began in the 1960s when Raymonde Fenestraz purchased a small real estate agency. Soon, alongside her husband André, they became pioneers in building premium Alpine properties. Thanks to them, iconic places like Hameau de Bellecôte, Chalet de Pierres, and the Jardin Alpin residence came to life.
In the 1990s, the family took Hôtel de La Loze under their wing. The hotel always attracted guests with its flawless location, and in 2019, it underwent a massive three-year renovation. The rooms, lobby, lounge, and entrance were completely updated. Stéphanie Fenestraz, in collaboration with architect Bernard Burlot, oversaw the design. They succeeded in creating an elegant and truly warm interior where respect for Savoyard traditions delicately intertwines with a light Italian touch.
Today, Hôtel de La Loze is part of the Maison Fenestraz collection. The philosophy of this family brand remains unchanged. «The best thing one person can do for another is to share their dream».
