Gastronomy Guide Courchevel 2025/2026 New Restaurants and Michelin Stars

When Haute Cuisine Meets the Ski Slopes

Are you ready for your skiing holiday in Courchevel, Méribel, or Val d’Isère to also become an exquisite gastronomic tour?

The French Alps are a territory of absolute alpine chic (chic alpin). Here, in the heart of Savoy, Michelin stars shine in the interiors of luxurious chalets, offering the perfect French standard: masterful classic and author’s cuisine that harmoniously combines Provençal traditions and the richness of mountain nature.

These 12 restaurants are the ideal place for those seeking harmony between adrenaline on the slopes and the refinement of French haute cuisine. Below is our exclusive guide to the establishments in "The Three Valleys" (3 Vallées) and Espace Killy, worth coming down the mountain for.
