On anexceptional setting in the heart of Chamonix, at the foot of Aiguille du Midi cable car, Heliopic Hotel & Spa boasts an elegant design:102 cosy non-smoking rooms, 4 stars, a big lobby, a new restaurant named Akashon, a self-service boutique,a bar,a skirental shop,a 225sqm meeting area and a 500sqm spa. The Spa by Nuxe dedicated towell-being includes an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool,
sauna,steaming room,ice grotto, tepidarium, cold water area, relaxation and treatment rooms to let you unwind after a day’s skiing.
All rooms are accessible by elevator and have the following facilities:
desk, hairdryer, TV, DVD player, phone,wirelessaccess, baby coton request and a laundry service.
The categories are as follows:
•STANDARD ROOM: equipped with one double bed or 2 single beds,toilets and bathroom with bath. Can host a single occupancy. Maximum 2 persons. Approximately 22sqm.
•SUPERIOR ROOM: equipped with one double bed (or twin beds)and a pull-out chair,toilets,bathroom with bath and shower. Can host a single occupancy. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child. Approximately 25sqm.
•FAMILYROOM: equipped with a double bed (or 2 single beds)and bunk beds, cabin style, toilets and bathroom with bath. Minimum 3 persons / Maximum 4 persons. Approximately 35sqm.

City tax is excluded:

Any additional services and activities such as transfers,ski lift passes or guides can be booked in advance with your hotel reservation by the concierge.
PAYMENT
Hotel:30% deposit at booking on receipt of the pro forma invoice, balance is due 15 days prior to the client’s arrival.

CANCELLATION FEE AND BOOKING PROCEDURES
For individuals:
30% cancellation fees up to 15 days prior to the client’s arrival and 100% cancellation fees less than 15 days up to the client’s arrival (& no-show).
