December 24, Les Airelles Courchevel: Christmas dinner will take place amid decorations inspired by the window displays of grand Parisian department stores. The hotel will be decorated in gold and velvet, with light installations and festive Christmas trees.

From December 1, the Christmas buche by Pastry Chef Aymeric Pinard is available for order — a golden «chocolate tree» with hazelnut sponge, airy mousse, and a crunchy center. From December 29 — the Galette du Roi-Soleil for Epiphany, inspired by Alain Ducasse’s recipe.

December 31, Les Airelles Courchevel: The main New Year’s Eve event — Opera of Mysteries, during which the hotel will transform into a «winter opera house». Palais des Neiges will host a separate evening in the style of Jules Verne’s adventures — with maps, «inventions», signature cuisine, and fireworks.
