The 4-star Fahrenheit Seven hotel sits in Val Thorens at 2,300 m — Europe’s highest ski resort and the heart of the Three Valleys ski area. The hotel is right on the slope: ski-in/ski-out, straight onto the pistes from the ski room and back from the Cascades run onto the hotel terrace.
The hotel has 108 rooms across two wings, in six categories, from 23 sqm double rooms to 40 sqm family rooms and the Top Floor. The interiors were created by designer Véronique Vidoni: a seventies neo-vintage style, custom-made furniture, velvet headboards, dial telephones, retro dressers. Some rooms are accessible for guests with reduced mobility, and connecting rooms are available for families of up to 5 people.
Every room offers a desk area and built-in storage, a flat-screen TV, safe, free Wi-Fi, Marshall speaker, telephone with international calls, a seating area with sofa and coffee table, a courtesy tray with Nespresso coffee machine, Rituals amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer and a separate WC. Each room has its own locker with an integrated boot dryer in the ski room.
The hotel is known for its music programme: live sets at Le Zinc three times a week, daily après-ski on the terrace from February, and monthly Seven Parties with internationally renowned artists.
La Rotisserie. The hotel’s main restaurant with direct access from the slopes. Italian cuisine: antipasti to share, al dente pasta, grilled meat and fish, homemade pizza. Velvet benches, large windows, an open kitchen and Slim Aarons’ vintage photography series on the walls. Breakfast 7:00–10:00, lunch 12:00–14:30, dinner 19:00–21:30.
La Terrasse. A 300 sqm panoramic terrace overlooking the Val Thorens ski area and the Belleville valley. Lunch 12:00–14:30, après-ski from 14:30. Striped sofas, deckchairs and parasols at 2,300 m, plus the Le Bungalow snack bar for a quick lunch. You can ski straight in from the slopes. From February the terrace hosts Sunset Parties: DJs and live performers from 16:00 to 20:00.
Le Zinc. The hotel’s gastro bar with its own stage, open 18:00–01:00. Sharing boards, homemade Caesar salad, truffled pasta shells, Savoyard fondue; a wine list covering every region, a selection of whiskies and aged rums, cocktails and champagne. Large family tables for up to 12 people sit alongside small tables for two. Live music and DJ sets throughout the season.
La Cheminee. A cosy bar-lounge by the fireplace with wide leather armchairs, mountain views and plenty of wood. Open all day 8:00–22:00: snacks, aperitifs, after-dinner drinks and tea. A quiet spot to read, work or curl up by the fire; board games are available for children.
Ski Bar. The bar inside the ski room: hot drinks in the morning before heading out, beer and cocktails after skiing. Sports competitions are screened live.
Breakfast. A full buffet at La Rotisserie: pastries, eggs, breads, cold meats, Greek salad, muffins, dried and fresh fruit, bacon, cereals, cheeses, crêpes and yoghurt; gluten-free options available.
The Relax area on the first floor is decorated in black and white and is free of charge for hotel guests. It includes a hammam, sauna, ice fountain and herbal tea room with mountain views.
New this season — a Nordic bath for six people on the open-air balcony of the Relax area, facing the peaks. The hot-and-cold Scandinavian rituals are the best way to ease sore muscles after a day on the slopes.

Room for 2 people with village view, 23 sqm. One 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds, a seating area with sofa, a desk area, bathroom with bath, separate WC. Neo-vintage interior: midnight-blue velvet headboards, retro dressers and sofas in mustard yellow, bright orange, soft pink or pastel blue. The windows look out over the slopes, The Board at the centre of the resort, Mont de la Chambre and the Peclet glacier. The hotel has 33 rooms in this category.
Room for 3 people, 23 sqm, with village or slopes view. One 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds plus a 100 cm sofa bed for one person in the seating area. Suitable for a couple with a child up to 16 years old, or for three adults on a short trip. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Some triple rooms connect with double rooms.
Family room for 4 people with village view, 30 sqm. A master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a seating area and storage; plus a sleeping area with one bunk bed (two beds). Shared shower room, separate WC. Two layouts are possible: in the small wing the bathroom is Jack-and-Jill style with two doors separating the bedrooms, in the large wing it adjoins the master bedroom — you can state your preference when booking. The windows offer views of the Peclet glacier and the Aiguille de Peclet (3,500 m). The hotel has only 5 of these rooms. A cot can be added to the master bedroom on request.
Family room for 4 people with slopes view, 40 sqm. Located on the third floor at the quiet end of the wing; there is only one in the hotel. Two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: the first with a 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds, the second with a 150 cm double bed facing the slopes (no bunk beds). One bathroom with a bath, the other with a shower, separate WC. A large balcony and bay window overlook the Cascade and Peclet chairlifts.
Top Floor room for 4 people with slopes view, 40 sqm. The only room of its kind in the hotel, on the fourth and uppermost floor — one of the highest spots in the resort. A master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and walls clad in old barn wood, a children’s cabin with bunk beds, a spacious living room with TV and coffee table, and a large walk-in closet. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. The balcony offers a panorama over Val Thorens and the Belleville valley.
