Luxury dish featuring Prunier Ossetra Caviar and lobster from the New Year’s Gala Menu at Hôtel Royal Évian Resort Festivities 2025

A gastronomic paradise — menus fit for kings

The festive menu is a true celebration of haute cuisine. The highlight will be the Caviar Gala Menu Les Fresques at the Hôtel Royal. This unprecedented New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (31 December) is all about luxury, featuring Caviar Prunier Ossetra, blue lobster and exquisite Bresse hen. For a more relaxed but no less luxurious evening, the New Year’s Eve Buffet Salon Mont Blanc is the perfect choice, with a buffet of seafood and Rossini beef.

Among the unique formats, La Table Hors-Pistes stands out — an exclusive haute cuisine dinner in a transparent Alpine chalet set right in the garden. At Hôtel Ermitage, connoisseurs of the Alpine atmosphere will enjoy The Hüttli restaurant, which serves traditional rösti and fondue in gondolas on the terrace.

Active winter holiday: dog sledding or Electric Snow Bikes at Évian Resort 2025. Off-Piste adventures in the Alps.

Active adventures and off-piste relaxation

For adventure seekers and mountain lovers, Évian Resort has prepared an impressive programme. Guests are invited to embark on the mysterious Alta Lumina night tour in Les Gets — a magical route filled with light and music.

Other unusual activities include exploring snow-covered trails on electric snow bikes and classic dog sledding in the Abondance Valley. For those seeking inner harmony, there is the unique practice of Yog’Apnée, a combination of yoga and freediving. And for the little ones, there are skiing lessons in Bernes with ESF instructors.

In addition, guests can visit the Thoules goat farm. This excursion offers the opportunity not only to see the milking process, but also to participate in the production and, of course, tasting of local cheese.

For those who love speed but not skiing, there is 4-Seasons Tobogganing — a 1 km long all-season toboggan run in Bernese, which is suitable for children from 3 years old. With this variety, the hotel emphasises that ‘off-piste’ is not only about skiing, but also about new, unconventional experiences.

Outdoor Hydro-Circuit (33°C pool) or Snow Room at evian®Spa. Relaxation and revitalization at Évian Resort winter 2025.

Relaxation and rejuvenation

The festive season is not only a time for celebration, but also a time for rejuvenation. The resort’s spas offer Le Précieux Ritual, a three-hour winter ritual at the Hôtel Royal. It is the perfect way to prepare your body and spirit for the New Year, as the ritual includes a sculpting massage, a rejuvenating facial and a luxurious aromatic bath.

For deep relaxation, choose the Altearah Signature Treatment at the Hôtel Ermitage. This 90-minute ritual uses the power of colour and aromas to release tension, promote deep relaxation and restore vitality.

And for a unique winter experience, the Hôtel Royal offers an outdoor pool heated to 33°C. This allows guests to relax in the water under the starry sky, enjoying the view of the snow-capped mountains, which in itself is a powerful restorative ritual. The Hôtel Royal also has a snow room where guests can enjoy a Nordic ritual: after a hot sauna or hammam, guests enter the snow room, which stimulates blood circulation and provides the deep recovery needed after an active day. In addition, during the festive season, the Hôtel Ermitage offers special nutritional consultations to help balance your diet during the festive season of abundance.

Kids’ New Year’s Eve Party and meeting Santa Claus at Kid’s Resort Évian Resort 2025. Activities and workshops for children.

Children’s kingdom

Special attention is paid to the youngest guests, for whom the Kid’s Resort is available. Here, children aged 4 and older are guaranteed to feel like they are at a luxurious party, with their own adventure-filled schedule.

The programme includes a variety of themed Christmas workshops. Children can express their creativity by making Christmas stockings, decorating Christmas tree baubles and baking fragrant shortbread biscuits. The group project will be to create their own fairy-tale Christmas village with a log cabin, a chalet and even an ice rink.

The highlight for the children will be their own New Year’s Eve party. This is a separate, carefully planned party for children and teenagers (aged 4 to 17) with a festive buffet, games and dancing until midnight. The most important event, of course, is the meeting with Santa Claus, who will arrive at the hotel on 24 December (7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.) with gifts and smiles. In addition, for teenagers aged 10 and over, fun pool parties will be organised on the evenings of 22 and 29 December, where they can relax in their own company. For active children, there are also ski trips to Bernes with ESF instructors, combining sport with festive fun.
