Opening on 11 December 2026. Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires is the group’s third ski hotel. It stands on the snow front in the Preyerand district with direct access to the pistes: ski-in/ski-out in the Three Valleys, the world’s largest ski area with over 600 km of runs. The Preyerand gondola right by the hotel connects the district with the resort centre at La Croisette and runs in the evening too.
The hotel offers nine categories of rooms and suites from 26 to 93 sqm, sleeping 2–7 people, across four floors. A fully glazed façade puts the panorama at the heart of the stay: rooms face either the slopes or the valley. The interiors were designed entirely by Véronique Vidoni in the group’s signature neo-vintage style: art deco references, retro touches and iconic design pieces, with cocoon-like headboards.
Every room includes a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, welcome amenities, bathrobe and slippers, separate toilets, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.
Hotel facilities: a restaurant seating 110 with an open kitchen, a 200 sqm south-facing terrace, a spa and indoor pool on level -1, a ski boutique with rental of over 100 sqm, a ski bar and a 62 sqm meeting room.
Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires was in fact the group’s very first project: Véronique and Stéphane Vidoni moved to the Belleville valley for it and joined forces with Claudia and Glen De Unger. External setbacks delayed construction and the first groundworks only took place in 2024. The hotel will be run by Camille Romanet, who rose from the front desk to deputy management at Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens.
The restaurant. A dining room seating 110 around an open kitchen: Italian and Mediterranean influences, sharing tapas and reinvented Savoyard classics. Served throughout the day. Breakfast 7:30–10:30, lunch 12:00–14:30, dinner 19:00–22:00. The restaurant is open to outside guests as well — book your table together with your stay. First service on the evening of Friday 11 December 2026.
Breakfast. Buffet: pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, charcuterie and cheeses, sweet and savoury options. Daily 7:30–10:30.
The terrace. A 200 sqm south-facing terrace with sweeping views over the summits — a Sun Club created in partnership with the House of Veuve Clicquot. The place for après-ski straight after a morning on the slopes.
Music. Several evenings a week live DJ sets take over the restaurant and bar: in après-ski mode to round off the day, and later in the evening to keep it going.
On level -1 the hotel has a fully glazed spa space — a rarity for a mountain hotel: natural light and views of the peaks. The spa includes a 12-metre heated indoor pool, a sauna and a hammam.
In the evening there is an adults-only time slot.
Room for 2 people, 27 sqm, with valley view. One King-size bed (180×200 cm) or two twin beds (90×200 cm). The layout is divided into two distinct areas: an entrance area with an open shower, washbasin, dressing space and separate toilets, and a vintage-inspired sleeping area filled with natural light, with a design-led bed conceived as a cocoon. The hotel has 15 rooms in this category.
Room for 2 people, 30 sqm. King-size bed or two twin beds. Each room in this category has its own strong design feature: most often a central king-size bed, but some have a mezzanine bedroom or a larger layout with both a bathtub and a shower. These rooms are on the upper third and fourth floors: the bed faces the large bay window, so the mountain view opens up straight from the bed. Family room for 4 people, 39-41 sqm. The same layout as the Grand Premium room, with one additional highlight: breathtaking views of La Pointe de la Masse from the master bedroom. A duplex for 4 people, 76 sqm, over two levels. Each level has a bedroom with a King-size bed (180×200 cm) or two twin beds (90×200 cm), its own balcony, a dressing area and a private shower room. One bathroom and one shower room. High ceilings give the suite a distinctive architectural character.
A two-level suite for 6 people (including 1 child), 90 sqm — the hotel’s finest suite. Two spacious bedrooms with King-size beds (180×200 cm) or two twin beds (90×200 cm), each with its own private balcony overlooking the slopes and peaks of Les Menuires, and a dressing area. A large attic-style living room with a sofa bed (160×200 cm) and generous storage. One bathroom and one shower room.
The hotel’s most spacious suite: a two-level 93 sqm suite for 7 people (including 1 child). Two bedrooms with King-size beds (180×200 cm) or two twin beds (90×200 cm) and large windows, each with a dressing area.
