Ten new and renovated Alpine hotels open for the 2026/27 season, in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Fouquet’s Gstaad welcomes guests first, on 4 December 2026. Fahrenheit Seven in Les Menuires follows on 11 December, Saint Roch and Bourbon in Courchevel 1850 on 18 December. Three more open in December, and two in Cortina give only 2026.
Three are new buildings: Fahrenheit Seven, THE GREEN and Bârma. The other seven are known addresses, renovated or reopened under a new name, and each section below says what stood there before. The table shows the dates and how you get to the lifts from each. Three of them are ski-in/ski-out: Bourbon, Fahrenheit Seven and Bârma.

- Relaunch: the historic Saint Roch, reinvented by Maisons Pariente.
- Opens 18 December 2026, for winter only, December to April.
- Not ski-in/ski-out, in the hotel’s own words. The Bellecôte slope is a few steps away.
- Inside: a Tata Harper spa with an indoor pool, two treatment rooms and a fitness space.

°Fahrenheit Seven, Les Menuires

The third °Fahrenheit Seven in the Three Valleys, after Val Thorens and Courchevel, is a new building on the Preyerand snow front. The drive, the lift pass and the village are in our guide to Courchevel La Tania.
