VIEW OFFERS

Breuil-Cervinia lies at 2,050 m in the Aosta Valley, in the commune of Valtournenche, below the south face of the Matterhorn. The altitude buys a long season: in 2026/27 the lifts run from 24 October 2026 to 2 May 2027.
How to get there: by road, take the A5 Turin – Aosta motorway to the Châtillon / Saint-Vincent exit, then 28 km on the regional road up the valley. Turin airport is about 1 hr 40 away (118 km), Milan Malpensa 2 hr 15 (171 km), Milan Linate 2 hr 30 (207 km) and Geneva 3 hr 40 (260 km). The nearest railway station is Châtillon / Saint-Vincent; buses run to Breuil-Cervinia from Châtillon, Turin and Milan.
Slopes and lifts: the resort is part of Cervino Ski Paradise. Breuil-Cervinia alone has 103 km on 49 runs; together with Valtournenche, 157 km on 73 runs — 19 blue, 45 red and 9 black — served by 19 lifts. The Ventina run comes down 11 km from 3,480 m to the village.
Skiing into Switzerland: from Plateau Rosa skiers cross onto the Zermatt slopes without taking their skis off. The Aosta Valley tourist board counts 352 km of runs for the whole Italian – Swiss area.
To Zermatt without skis: since July 2023 the Matterhorn Alpine Crossing links Breuil-Cervinia and Zermatt by cable car, crossing the border at nearly 3,500 m; the journey takes about 90 minutes. In 2026/27 the route is closed for maintenance from 7 January to 26 February 2027. The cable car operators also run a luggage service between the two valley stations, twice a day.
For beginners and children: the Fiocco di Neve mini club takes children from 8 months to 11 years, every day from December to May. Ski schools in the resort include Scuola di Sci del Cervino, Scuola di Sci del Breuil and Ride’Em. Snowpark Cervinia has been running since 2003, and there is a 2 km cross-country loop.
