Opening in December 2026. Bourbon Hotel is a new five-star hotel in Courchevel 1850. It opens on the site of the former Hotel des 3 Vallees and joins the French collection Chapitre Six. The hotel stands at the very heart of the resort, in the Triangle d’Or, with direct access to the slopes: ski-in/ski-out in the Three Valleys, the largest ski area in the world. The resort’s liveliest restaurants and bars are a few steps away.
The hotel has 31 rooms, including 3 suites, all opening onto the peaks or the village. Warm textures, English fabrics, thick wools. The interiors are by Studio Henry, with artistic direction by Pierre Alexis Guinet: dark wood, deep velvet, low lighting and a fireplace — an atmosphere closer to a London club than to an alpine chalet. Hence the name: like the glass of amber it is named after, Bourbon is designed as a place you never quite want to leave.
Guests have access to the Italian restaurant Simonetta, a cocktail and vinyl bar, a spa with contrast therapy, and lounges with armchairs by the fireplace. Skis go on and off at the hotel door — and for those who would rather stay warm, the hotel is built to fill entire days without stepping outside.
