Le K2 Altitude stands at 1,900 m, above the village of Courchevel 1850 and a few minutes from the altiport. It is an alpine hamlet of eleven chalets at the edge of the piste: heavy wooden doors with Sanskrit inscriptions, Tibetan motifs, wood and soft fabrics. Ski-in/ski-out in the Three Valleys ski area.
The hotel has 32 rooms, 18 of them suites, spread across nine chalets, from 26 to 133 sqm. Two rooms are accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Indoor passageways link the chalets, so guests can move around the hotel without stepping outside.
In the 2026 MICHELIN Keys selection Le K2 Altitude was awarded a MICHELIN Key — its first entry into the selection. The hotel restaurant L’Altitude holds one MICHELIN Star.
Guests have access to the 340 sqm Goji Spa, a fitness area with a coach on request, a kids club, the K’Baret room for cinema and performances, a ski shop and boutique, a smoking room, 24-hour reception, a concierge from 9am to midnight, lifts and free Wi-Fi.
L’Altitude — one MICHELIN Star. Traditional French cuisine in a modern reading: chefs Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa work from the classical foundations, with desserts by Marc-Andre Guerquin-Kern. Dinner from 7:30pm to 10:00pm, closed on Wednesdays. Valet parking, accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
La Cima. A travelling cuisine: French classics, Italian specialities from Davide Sessa, and Indian spices. Panoramic views over the mountains and the slopes. Dinner daily from 7:30pm to 10:00pm.
Base Kamp by Ainata. Lebanese cuisine at the foot of the Courchevel 1850 slopes, with a large terrace and a 180-degree view. The menu is co-signed by chefs Alan Geaam, Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa: mezze and dishes made for sharing. Open daily from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, reached from the "La Ferme" piste.
Le 1856. A bar named after a date in the history of the K2 ascent: a fireplace, cocktails, wines and champagne. Food from 12pm to 10pm, tea time from 2pm to 6pm, music from 6pm.
Le Churchill Klub. The smoking room: rare cigars, a menu of brandies, whiskies and spirits, cigar preparation. Open from 9:30am until the bar closes.
The Goji Spa spans 340 sqm over two floors, with three massage cabins. It is named after the Himalayan goji berry. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, hot and cold baths, an outdoor Nordic bath, massage rooms, a tea room, a modern gym and a hair salon.
Rituals and massages for face and body, foot reflexology, scrubs. For children aged 5 to 12 there is the "Little Red Pandas" programme — a first encounter with wellness.
The gym has a treadmill, elliptical trainers, recumbent bicycles, a rowing machine, a Kinesis station, benches and free weights. A personal coach is available on request.
Kids Klub. For the youngest, a snow-white area with sledges, polar expedition tents and giant teddy bears; an animator builds a new programme every day — treasure hunts, bowling, video-game tournaments, magic shows, pastry workshops, a mini disco, snowshoe outings, luge and skating. K’Baret. A room with red seats and velvet-padded walls that turns into a cinema, a night club or a stage. It can be hired for a private event.
