No. 14 Verbier is a fully catered chalet in the centre of Verbier, spread over five floors. Thirteen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: ten twin or double rooms and three master suites with an additional sofa bed.
In winter the chalet is taken on an exclusive-use basis, by the week, for up to 26 guests. In summer it runs as a boutique hotel and rooms can be booked individually.
A team of fifteen — chefs, concierges, hosts, drivers and managers — more than one member of staff per bedroom. The kitchen is led by Linda Söderlund, who spent six years at Richard Branson’s Lodge. No. 14 Verbier is included in the MICHELIN Guide hotel selection.
The chalet’s private spa has an indoor pool heated to 34 °C with a snow machine, a hammam and a sauna. The large south-facing terrace has an outdoor jacuzzi and a fire pit.
The spa is open from 8am to 8pm. Children under 4 are not allowed in the spa, and there is no lifeguard at the pool.
Stays are usually all-inclusive. The price covers daily breakfast, afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks with canapés and dinner by the chalet chefs six nights a week, an unlimited open bar, and house champagne and wines. A 24/7 driver within the resort, concierge service and daily cleaning are included too.
Services from outside companies that the chalet arranges on request are paid separately: airport transfers, lift passes, equipment hire, ski instructors, massages and babysitting.
