La Plagne is a relatively young French ski resort, part of the Paradiski ski area. La Plagne consists of 10 villages: Plagne 1800, Planc Belcot (height 1930 m), Plagne Center (1970 m), Em-la Plagne (2100 m), Belle Plagne (2050 m), Plagne-Soleil (2050 m ) And Plan-Village (2050 m). The four remaining villages are slightly off the beaten path: Champagne (1250 m), Monshaven (1250 m), Le Cox (1450 m) and Montalber (1350 m). In La Plagne a lot of "blue" and "red" descents. The professionals have not a big choice: there are "black" tracks leading from the Bel’kot glacier and the Bioli slopes, as well as trails with the speaking names "Kamikaze" and "Hara-Kiri" in the Champagne sector.
